There are so many misunderstandings about the display of emotions that have come into modern life, that we hardly know what to believe. Truth is, our feelings are what construct the wisdom we carry for the rest of our lives.

Not only did the god of thunder, protector of Midgard, have physical strength, he has mental strength as well. By being disciplined within the mind he demonstrates the ability to control the influences within his thought processes, thereby allowing him to experience emotions, yet not be controlled by them.

The wisdom of Ódinn

Seeking the wisdom of Ódinn means experiencing a physical existence that receives and interprets many different events to create the chemistry needed for emotion. Our emotions is what teaches us as it manipulates all that we see and hear.

Embracing the courage of Tyr.

Some individuals have come to me and said that inclusion is more important than individuality, yet are finding their existence more stressful and dramatic. This one of the symptoms of not embracing our intrinsic courage as exemplified by the god Tyr.

Taking control like the god Mani.

Controlling the energies the enter, and are emitted from our minds to the world we live in takes an active role in determining what to deny, and what to absorb. The good news is that we have a choice as to what energy we want to emit. We have a choice, we can have control.

One of the key essentials of reducing anxiety within our lives is to understand the movement of a river. With its rapids, currents, eddys, and shores allows us to plainly see how our lives are interacted with many different energies, yet we will ultimately arrive in the open sea, or spiritual realm.

Many of us don’t give ourselves enough credit for the strength we possess. Some are quick to accept the societal expectations (even today) for fear of having to conflict against the modern monotheistic practices. My friends, we are much stronger than we think.

According to the legends I grew up hearing, the chieftain of the Æsir gods, Ódinn sought wisdom in many places sacrificing himself to the quest at obtaining as much as possible. He sought the experiences of discovering it.
