As our week of experiences comes to a close, Freyja teaches us to return all of that emitted energy back to our inner selves to promote healing and spiritual growth. Many of us will emit healing energy to all of those around us all week, we will have spent the entirety of the week focusing our energies on people, ,places, or things outside the self. Today we celebrate my favorite goddess in all the realms, Freyja. As the goddess of love and war, she represents a management of cosmic energy unlike anyone else. After the peace treaty between the Æsir and Vanir, her arrival into Asgard brought the energy management skill to the god Ó∂inn, as she would teach the Seidr magic to him.
